Becca and Jeff-I enjoy reading about your journey....the ups and downs and the reality of life with Keira and your family. Thank you for being real with all of us. It really helps me understand what you are going through. Because of your blogging and honesty through it all, I think and pray for you often. I send my love and hugs to you guys. How exciting it must be to have more interaction with her! Praise the Lord! We will pray about the SS rejection and that God will help those who can to assist with the right wording etc. So special to see Ronin kiss his little sister good-bye before he went to Sunday School.

I am so excited to meet you. I hope that you are soon able to learn to eat your food without a tube. Your parents are looking foward to bringing you home. Today my three classes of Point Loma students heard about "Baby Keira" and prayed for her. It seems good to share these concerns and, hopefully, the Spirit will bring Keira to mind for some of these students as time goes on. I'm happy to hear the good, upbeat news and will continue to lift you up in prayer regarding the ongoing challenges and struggles.

My heart goes out to you and your boys; this is such a difficult journey to go on and I am still not sure all of the reasons we are supposed to do this. Your lilttle girl is so blessed to have you as parents, and you will continue to fight and do everything you can to give her the best. At times you will be exhausted and frustrated and maybe even angry, asking why; I am 2 1/2 years in and still have my days. And then I just hear Bella say "I love you mommy," and then it all doesn't matter anymore. You will be in my thoughts and I will be sending positive energy your way; I am inspired by your faith and positivity in your posts!

My first thought when I woke this morning was of you and baby Keira. I am sending lots of good wishes and positive thoughts your way. It sounds like you have lots of support, but, Bek, you have to remember to take care of YOU too. You are still just freshly post partum, and you need to get back to pre-prenancy normal. OK, that's my lecture for today.
